Warranty repairs

We perform warranty work for dozens of major pro audio manufacturers. All warranty repairs are COMPLETELY FREE!

No appointments are necessary! For most manufacturers ( see below list for exceptions ) all you need to do is to simply bring your proof of purchase (a printout of an order confirmation will be fine) along with the unit to be repaired.

Standard turnaround time for estimates is 2-3 weeks, but this can vary depending on your item - please ask when dropping off for a more precise wait time. We also offer "RUSH" service for those Very Important Repairs. Our charge for "RUSH" service is $60. Your repair will immediately skip to the front of the line. Most "RUSH" repairs are completed within 24 hours, though may take longer if we need to order parts from the manufacturer.
