ProTECH Non-warranty repairs
Has your warranty expired? Did you purchase your gear used? Not to worry - we are more than happy to perform out-of-warranty repairs!
No appointments are necessary! Simply bring your gear to our storefront any time during normal business hours! We can help you fill out a repair ticket at the front counter. For non-warranty repairs we charge a minimum of $75, payable upon drop-off. If you wish, a technician can contact you with an estimate once your item has hit the service bench.
Standard turnaround time for estimates is 2-3 weeks, but this can vary depending on your item - please ask when dropping off for a more precise wait time. We also offer "RUSH" service for those Very Important Repairs. Our charge for "RUSH" service is an additional $60. Your repair will immediately skip to the front of the line. Most "RUSH" repairs are completed within 24 hours, though may take longer if we need to order parts from the manufacturer.
